Divinum Illud Munus
Divinum Illud Munus (English title: On the Holy Spirit) is an encyclical issued by Pope Leo XIII on May 15, 1897.[1]
The encyclical has seven parts:
- Apostolic Benediction
- Summary of Leo XIII's two principle aims of his pontificate
- The Catholic doctrine on the blessed Trinity
- The Holy Ghost and Incarnation
- The Holy Ghost and the Church
- The Holy Ghost in the souls of the just
- On devotion to the Holy Ghost
- An annual novena decreed
